What this page measures
Each component is checked on the reference instance when you load this page — not a hand-set banner. Platform means the dashboard, register and forms are answering. Distributor catalogs means every enabled feed refreshed inside its published window. Record integrity means the bound-book and 4473 hash chains verify end to end. Nothing about any dealer's records is exposed here or anywhere without login.
Every dealer environment publishes its own copy of this page at yourshop.rcsffl.app/status.html, which adds the health of that shop's daily onsite download (ATF Rulings 2016-1 and 2022-1).

A feed that fails three times in a row is reported as degraded here and flagged in every affected dealer's alerts. Retries back off from 15 minutes to two hours so a distributor outage never becomes load on their servers.

Write to info@raincrossffl.com. Your records are never at risk from an outage: the platform keeps a nightly backup, your premises keep the daily unencrypted copy the ATF rulings require, and you can export everything at any time.
