Serials you don't have get "did they mean" suggestions for O/0 and dropped prefixes. The clock sits on the Shop Board until you record the call.

The buyer types their ZIP and city, state and county fill in — from what they just typed, never from a prior record, so Ruling 2016-2 is respected. No middle name? One box records NMN. Question 6 is spelled out for every firearm; the fourth gun onward prints on the 5300.9A continuation sheet by itself.
The Ruling 2022-1 notice (60 days before you rely on electronically stored 4473s) and the Ruling 2016-1 §10 notice (a hosted A&D book) print pre-filled from your FFL profile. Record the mailed date and the e4473 screen tells staff to print on paper until the exact day it no longer has to.
